White Shoyu sauce
Ingredients: Water, Organic wheat, Salt, Organic soybeans, Alcohol.
Caracteristics: Unpasteurized, The main ingredient is wheat. The colour is clear amber and it has a delicate flavor. The only “organic” “white” shohu in Japan made from organic wheat and organic soyabeans. It is suitable for cooking to utilize the color of ingredients and the flavor. It gives a delicate savory taste.
