A versatile protein that can be used in many diffrent ways.  Add to any vegetable dish, sautee with shoyu, Tamari or Tariyaki.  Flavor with Middle eastern spice and fill Pita bread,  Make a schnitzel, nuggets or goulash.   Cook in your prefered sauce  and enjoy with rice, noodles, or mash potatoes.
